Managing COVID-19 in our centres

When to keep your child at home

COVID-19 has changed how all childcare services operate when it comes to illness and AEIOU is no exception. We are currently following strict government directives which mean we are cannot legally allow children with cold or flu-like symptoms to attend our service.

Stopping the spread of COVID-19

Everyone has an important role to play; collectively, we can minimise the spread of COVID. In addition to the measures below, our team is proudly fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This is in compliance with mandates for our sectors and part of our committment to protecting the children in our care.

Confirmed cases

At AEIOU we value transparency, and we know you do too. That's why we're providing regular updates on COVID-19 infections affecting our centres. Your Centre Manager will be in direct contact to inform you of any local exposure. If your child is a direct contact you should monitor closely for symptoms. If you do not receive an email, your child has not been exposed. If you have any questions, you should contact your Centre Manager.
